Our paintings are certified original artworks and come with Certificates of Authenticity, signed by the artists.
Should a customer be dissatisfied with a purchase, a request for refund must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt of the painting. Customers can contact us by phone at +60 12 608 3228 or email to

ArtHuntAsia will issue a full refund of the purchase price upon receipt of the painting in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. The customer will bear the cost of shipping the painting back to us.

Paintings are delivered to your doorstep rolled in a tube or mounted on a frame. Additional charges shall apply for paintings mounted on frames. The rates shall vary according to the size of the painting.

Every painting is carefully packed by hand using the best materials and containers. All paintings shall be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of full payment.

We use only the leading freight forwarders - TNT, UPS, FedEx and GDex (within Malaysia) for secure and on-time delivery.

Delivery times are expected to be within:
• three (3) working days for deliveries within Malaysia, and
• fifteen (15) working days for deliveries outside Malaysia, depending on the location

Customers shall make full payment to the following bank account for purchases made. Painting(s) shall be delivered within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
